We maintain an active squadron focused on organized play, shared lineups, and a friendly environment to learn new vehicles. Activity is coordinated via Discord announcements and in-game squadron chat.

What to Expect

  • Occasional SRBs: we schedule Squadron Realistic Battle events for land and air based on the current SRB battle rating.
  • Lineup Notes: pinned Discord posts keep recommended BRs and tech tree goals.
  • Mentorship: We offer help and training for players that may not be too great at the game.
  • Casual-first: We aren't a competitive squadron. Join for fun, make some friends.

How to Join

  1. Join the Discord and check the #warthunder channel for current intake.
  2. Apply to “The Grand Monky Haus” in-game. You can search CH1MP and make sure the "full" filter is disabled since our squadron is generally full.
  3. Wait for staff confirmation, then follow pinned instructions for voice comms and etiquette.

Squadron Realistic Battles

SRBs are squadron VS squadron realistic-hybrid battles that requre 8 people to play. You battle against other squadrons as your performance gets tracked on the global SRB leaderboard.

  • Weekly SRB windows: we announce rally times so squads can queue together.
  • Preset decks: suggested lineups per BR to avoid mismatch penalties.
  • Voice + callouts: hop in Discord for target marking and quick rotates.
  • Post-round recap: 2–3 minute debrief to tweak roles and spawns.
